Grown in harmony with the rainforest canopy and Fair Trade certified, the Segovia Cooperative heralds a bright future for the coffee industry while producing one of the world’s most sought after coffees today. It is as complex and bright as the best Kenya coffees, but with a heavy, almost syrupy, body. A floral bouquet wafts from the cup and lingers across the palate in delicate harmony to the caramel nut tones coating the tongue  The finish is clean and crisp. Segovia is best suited to a medium- to dark-roast. The praline tones come through even in the darkest of roasts.
